1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Affare Fatto Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through our website or order form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an order.
2. Our Services
Affare Fatto Enterprises, LLC provides household and business essential supply and delivery services in Texas. We fulfill orders placed through our Google Form and invoice customers via Stripe for payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if items are out of stock or if we are unable to service your delivery area.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are placed by submitting our online order form. By submitting a form you are making a request — your order is confirmed once you receive an invoice from us via email.
You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
You will receive a Stripe invoice by email. Payment is due before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if any item cannot be fulfilled.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Pricing is communicated via your Stripe invoice. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already invoiced.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. By paying your invoice, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Failure to pay an invoice within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your order.
5. Delivery
We make every effort to deliver orders on time. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other circumstances.
You or an authorized person must be available to receive the delivery unless you have given us prior written instructions otherwise.
We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
Delivery is available within our service area in Texas. We reserve the right to limit or adjust our service area at any time.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with every order. Here is our policy:
Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe within a reasonable timeframe.
No-shows: If no one is available to receive the delivery and no prior arrangements were made, a redelivery fee may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Affare Fatto Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delay or failure in delivery.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
